How the U.S. Supreme Court Could Reshape Patent Litigation

Craig Albright, vice president of legislative strategy at BSA, The Software Alliance, a trade group that counts Apple Inc. and Microsoft Corp. as members, said that if lawmakers tackle patent litigation this year, the software industry group would favor a "comprehensive" Congressional bill that aims to address several issues with the patent system.
