Industry Coalition Proposes ‘Central’ Elements for Incident Reporting Legislation Aimed at Critical Infrastructure

A coalition of major industry groups, including BSA, is urging lawmakers to make “bidirectional sharing and collaboration” a fundamental part of their cyber incident reporting bills, ahead of a markup this week in the Senate Homeland Security Committee and other proposals pending in Congress.
