While there are changes expected if the bill is re-introduced under a GOP-controlled Congress, people familiar with the process don’t expect a massive overhaul. Under a Republican-controlled House, Rodgers would take over the Commerce committee, and the lawmaker has worked closely with Pallone on the bill, said Craig Albright, the vice president of US government relations for the Software Alliance.
