Tech Groups: USMCA Digital Trade Language Unlikely to Require Legal Changes

“The digital trade provisions in large part reflect current practices in the U.S., Mexico and Canada. In a number of respects, changes in law won’t be necessary,” Joseph Whitlock, policy director at BSA | The Software Alliance, told Inside U.S. Trade.
