VP Global Policy Aaron Cooper Discusses Recent Political Agreement on EU AI Act

BSA | The Software Alliance Vice President of Global Policy Aaron Cooper discusses the recent passage of the EU AI Act and how he hopes the EU will serve as an example for the US and other countries around the globe.
He said “one of the most important features of the AI Act is that it generally takes a risk-based approach. … The greater the risk, the more important it is to require companies to take additional precautions in the development, training or use of AI.”
