BSA Supports Government Service Delivery Improvement Act
BSA | The Software Alliance issued the following statement in support of the Government Service Delivery Improvement Act:
BSA | The Software Alliance strongly supports and urges Congress to pass the Government Service Delivery Improvement Act, bipartisan legislation that would better equip the federal government to see through its IT modernization ahead of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee (HSGAC) markup on July 24.
This legislation would identify leads within OMB and individual agencies to designate leadership that will improve the delivery of federal agencies’ services, increase their efficiency, and respond to constituents.
We commend the Senate HSGAC for taking up the measure and look forward to its swift consideration and passage.
