BSA | The Software Alliance Welcomes Vote on Judicial Redress Act

WASHINGTON — October 19, 2015 — BSA | The Software Alliance welcomes the upcoming vote on the Judicial Redress Act and urges members of the House to pass this important measure. Data flows between the US and EU are vital to the commercial and personal relationships of all Americans and Europeans, and passing this bill through the House and into law is critical for strengthening these ties. It is also essential to ensuring continued trust in digital commerce and removing barriers to modern trade.

We commend the bill’s sponsors, Subcommittee Chairman Jim Sensenbrenner and Ranking Member John Conyers, for their leadership on this bill and hope that the House will take a major step forward to advance the ties between the US and EU.
