Best Practices for Information Sharing Along the General Purpose AI Value Chain

BSA members are advancing trust and ethics in artificial intelligence (AI) and we support policies that ensure AI systems are developed and used responsibly. To be effective, AI policies and corporate practices must reflect that different entities have different roles in the AI ecosystem, and therefore will have different obligations based on those roles. BSA’s best practices for information sharing along the general purpose AI (GPAI) value chain are intended to support transparency between these different actors.
