Indonesia: BSA Recommendations for Draft Presidential Regulation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence

BSA recommends that Indonesia hold a public consultation prior to issuing the President Regulation on AI. BSA also recommends adopting a risk-based, internationally aligned approach to AI regulation, and focusing regulation on high-risk use cases.
