Indonesia: BSA Recommendations for White Paper on National Artificial Intelligence Roadmap and Artificial Intelligence Ethics Guidelines

BSA recommends aligning definitions with international standards, clarifying roles and responsibilities across the AI ecosystem, and adopting a risk-based approach that focuses obligations only on high-risk use cases. We further recommend that self-assessments and reporting requirements apply solely to high-risk applications.
