Korea: BSA Comments to MOTIE re Korea CSAP Concerns in 2026

BSA filed comments to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE) on potential reforms to the Cloud Security Assurance Program (CSAP). BSA recommended eliminating unnecessary localization and duplicative requirements, expanding Low-tier classifications, and recognizing internationally accredited certifications to ensure genuine market-opening reform.
