Thailand: BSA Recommendations for Draft Principles of the Law on Artificial Intelligence

BSA recommends that Thailand adopt a risk-based, internationally aligned approach to AI regulation, focusing regulation on high-risk use cases. BSA also urges the inclusion of a text and data mining exception, support for content provenance standards, and protection for AI-generated creative works.
