Thailand: BSA Recommendations for the Draft Artificial Intelligence Act

BSA recommends that Thailand adopt a risk-based, internationally aligned approach to its draft AI Act, focusing regulation on high-risk use cases. BSA urges clearer allocation of responsibilities across the AI value chain, removal of the strict and joint liability regime, and removal of data localization and contract-control requirements.
