BSA welcomes the opportunity to comment in the Section 301 investigation and, consistent with the scope of BSA's expertise, focuses these comments on the fourth ground identified in the Federal Register notice initiating this investigation: Vietnam's "lack of enforcement actions against unlicensed software use."
