BSA urges the Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy (“CDP” or “the Bureau”) within the US Department of State to seek joint outcomes under the US-Japan Technology Prosperity Deal (“TPD”) that deepen cooperation in quantum computing, artificial intelligence (including industrial AI), and other advanced technologies, grounded in a shared vision of digital sovereignty built on capability, collaboration, resilience, and trust.
