BSA | The Software Alliance (BSA) is grateful for the opportunity to provide comments to the United States Trade Representative (USTR) in response to its request for comments on how to modify the Section 301 action to address COVID-19.2 Within the context of the Section 301 action, we support USTR’s plan to exclude from Section 301 tariffs certain imports that can aid in the response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
