Keep a sense of perspective

I give myself a defined time to consider different options for moving forward (often 24 hours). I stay optimistic that there will be a positive outcome as I look for the upside in every situation. Keep in mind that you learn the most from hardest times. Perhaps most important is to keep a sense of perspective. Considering the challenges faced by my ancestors and so many others today, gives me perspective about the challenge I am facing and motivation to overcome it.
