BSA's Kate Goodloe speaks at a virtual roundtable hosted by the Chairs of the Standing Committees on Consumer Affairs and Protection, and Science and Technology in the New York State Assembly. The discussion will focus on the rapidly changing topic of data privacy and the impact that any legislation would have on consumers and individuals in New York. In addition, roundtable invitees will comment on legislation that has been passed or is pending in other states to analyze various provisions in data privacy legislation.
