BSA and Major Coalition Ask for Extension for Cyber Rulemaking

BSA | The Software Alliance joins fellow industry leaders asking for a 60-day extension amid a notable increase in asks by agencies. Industry stakeholders successfully got a two-month comment extension for the two cyber EO rules and the FASC rulemaking. The FASC interim final rule still went into effect on December 4.
