Lack of Consensus in WTO Cross-Border Data Talks Raises Fear of No Resolution at Upcoming Ministerial Meeting

“The ability to access technology and transfer data securely across international digital networks is of central importance to our operations, employees, customers, and supply chain partners,” including micro, small and medium enterprises, according to over 70 organizations represented in a multi-industry statement today.
