BSA Welcomes Irish High Court's Decision to Grant BSA Amicus Status
WASHINGTON — July 19, 2016 — The Irish High Court today granted BSA’s application to participate as an amicus curiae in the Data Protection Commissioner v Schrems and Facebook case on data transfers from Europe that rely on standard contractual clauses (SCCs).
