BSA | The Software Alliance Senior Vice President of Global Policy Aaron Cooper said that the “governor’s reservations should give other state legislatures pause before simply copying Colorado’s AI regime, and state lawmakers should exercise further care to make sure their approaches to AI are consistent.”
