BSA filed the following comments on the Korea AI Basic Act Draft Subordinate Legislation and Guidelines.  BSA recommended adjustments to the AI Basic Act’s draft subordinate legislation, such as excluding minor modifications from the scope of its transparency obligations, aligning risk assessment factors across the draft legislation, and clarifying that high-impact obligations apply to AI systems and not AI models.
