I write to thank you and your staff for taking steps to counter non-tariff trade barriers to US exports, including digital trade barriers that harm US enterprise software companies and their workers. We urge your Office to prioritize the following barriers in current discussions with trading partners because of their discriminatory nature and significant negative impact on American innovation.
