BSA Voices Support for Customer Experience and Service Delivery Executive Order
WASHINGTON – December 13, 2021 – BSA | The Software Alliance applauds the Biden Administration on its release of the Transforming Federal Customer Experience and Service Delivery to Rebuild Trust in Government Executive Order today. The order, which aims to improve the delivery of government services through customer experience improvement commitments across federal agencies, is a welcome reminder of the importance of IT modernization at all levels of government.
